International partnership: Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases

UKRI and Defra seek innovative research on the factors influencing infectious disease transmission across all species, pathogens, and environments. Projects should focus on quantitative understanding of pathogen dynamics and be multidisciplinary. Key interests include zoonotic pathogens, co-infections, fungal resistance, and the impact of environmental and social factors. Multi-disciplinary teams are strongly encouraged.
