- Monitoring and molecular epidemiology of antimicrobial resistance
- Mechanisms and dissemination of antimicrobial resistance in animal and zoonotic pathogens
- Understanding the connection of antimicrobial resistance between animals, humans and/or the environment
- Roles of the environment in resistance evolution and transmission
- Novel approaches to combat antimicrobial resistance
- Novel methods and tools dedicated to antimicrobial resistance (detection, diagnostics, surveillance)
